When you contact us, we collect the details you give us: your name, work email, company, project type, budget range and message.
When you visit the site, our hosting provider records standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type and pages requested.
02How we use it
We use enquiry details only to reply to you and to prepare for a potential project. We do not sell personal information or use it for unrelated marketing.
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email address to send it. Every issue includes an unsubscribe link.
03Client data in projects
Data we process while building or operating automations for a client is governed by that client's agreement with us, which takes precedence over this policy.
04Service providers
We use trusted providers for hosting, email delivery and data storage. They process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service.
05Retention
We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we start working together, in which case our contract sets the retention period.
06Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@archnodes.com. We respond within 30 days.
