Challenge
Falcore Studio sells shoot packages, each with its own duration, photo limit and delivery time, and pays photographers per job. Quoting, invoicing and paying the crew needed to live in one place.
Approach
Packages are content the studio edits itself in Sanity, so a new package needs no developer. Orders, payments and payroll are linked, so every invoice knows who worked on it.
Solution
Staff build an order from a package, send it as a quotation or an invoice, and record part payments as they come in. The photographers on each job appear in payroll with what they are owed, and the dashboard shows what has been paid, what is pending and how customers pay.
